SEND US YOUR CV
- If you are interested in working for our company, please send us your CV and, if applicable, a cover letter to the following e-mail address prace@geomine.cz, or respond to our job advertisement.
- We will consider all the criteria for the position to be filled, or look at other interesting opportunities with us.
- We will get back to you within 10 days to discuss further specific steps.
INVITATION TO A PERSONAL MEETING, TELEPHONE OR TEAM CONTACT
- We see communication as crucial, so we will be happy to meet with you (online or in person) to discuss all the important details: career, motivation and goals.
- We will also introduce you to the potential workplace and show you around.
- If possible, we would also welcome a presentation of your experience, including a practical demonstration.
RESULT OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
- We will let you know the outcome of the interview as soon as possible.
- If the interview is positive, we will present you with our offer.
- We strive to act quickly and efficiently throughout the recruitment procedure so that the new colleague can join the team as soon as possible.
ONBOARDING FORMALITIES
- Once the offer is agreed, we will guide you through the formalities so that you have as little hassle as possible.
- The first order of business is signing the employment contract and all related necessary forms.
- A medical examination by our contractual physician is required prior toonboarding, the extent of which varies depending on the position.
- After completing the necessary formalities, you will have only to get acquainted with the team, receive training and get to work.
